Toni Donaghue has more than 19 years of experience as a security professional with expertise in every security discipline under the Special Programs and Industrial Security umbrella. She is a veteran of the U.S Army, where she served as a Counterintelligence Agent and Intelligence Analyst. Toni specializes in ICD 705 management and construction, routinely providing consulting for new construction, repairs, and remodels. Toni holds a B.S. in Security Management, is the Co-Chair of the  FFRDC/UARC Security Council Special Programs Working Group and is an active member of the ISWG Physical Security Committee and the NISPPAC Physical Security Working Group.
